We do not provide refunds for RTO (Return to Origin) orders, but we are able to arrange re-shipment to a new address. Our replacement guarantee is applicable solely for damaged or defective products. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the replacement process.
Please note that we do not facilitate product exchanges for orders placed incorrectly or due to personal preferences. To qualify for a free replacement, return, or refund, customers must furnish an authenticated unboxing video demonstrating physical damage, missing parts or accessories, or any defects.
